No trip to the Swiss city would be complete without a trip to Lake Zurich, a beautiful expanse of water surrounded by dramatic snow-capped mountains. And for those of you who’d prefer a culture-packed getaway, we advise a visit to the breath-taking, Romanesque-style Grossmünster cathedral.
For some deliciously fresh vegetarian cuisine, look no further than Tibits. Choose from the barley and radicchio stew or the orange and ginger bake – either way, you won’t be disappointed!
Meat lovers are also well-catered-for, with a broad selection of steak houses and bistro-style eateries. We love the HATO restaurant, which serves up a feast of Asian cuisine, ranging from sushi to shashimi.
